a. Consider granting extensions of time as follows: 1. Aria Health Hospital to June 30, 2012 2. Fieldstone at Lower Makefield to September 28, 2012 3. Township Railroad Property to June 8, 2012
a. Gregory and Karen Gagliardi, 1576 Brock Creek Drive, request variances to place a shed on their property which will exceed the allowable impervious surface and encroach into the special setbacks b. Joseph Maxian, 1673 Morris Lane, requests a variance to construct an addition which would encroach five feet in to the special setback c. Suzanne and Kevin Mueller, 536 Countess Drive, are appealing the determination of the Zoning Officer and request variances to place a shed on their property which will exceed the allowable impervious surface and permit placement different than the requirements of the ordinance
