a. Hydroscape Inc, on behalf of Aaron and Karen Cohen, is requesting variance for property located at 548 Keating Drive in order to permit increase in decking around existing pool resulting in greater than permitted imperious surface. b. David and Joanna Schwind are requesting variance for property located at 1119 Gloria Lane in order to permit installation of a pool in the floodplain c. Munz Construction, on behalf of Sharron Lopez, is requesting variance for property located at 640 Rosalind Run in order to permit construction of a new roof over an existing deck resulting in greater than permitted impervious surface d.
