SOLICITOR’S REPORT a. Accept dedication of 5 plus/minus acre parcel from Regency of Yardley/Matrix Lower Makefield Residential LP, for purposes of open space preservation, consistent with the Second Addendum to the Matrix Settlement Agreement, conditioned on supplying a satisfactory Maintenance Agreement, and payment of $18,513.45, representing Financial Security, as outlined in the Maintenance Agreement.
