Consider establishing the amount of the Assistant Treasurer’s Bond at $2,000,000 e. Zoning Hearing Board 1. Jean Augustin is requesting variance for property located at 3 Ridge Avenue in order to increase non-conforming rear yard setback to install a patio roof 2. Edward and Deborah Kenkel are requesting variance for property located at 2114 N. Crescent Blvd in order to permit construction of an addition resulting in greater than permitted imperious surface 3.
