ZONING HEARING a. Michael Masterson, for property located at 272 S. Flint Court, is requesting variance to permit construction of a deck and patio resulting in encroachment into rear yard setback. b. Wells Fargo Bank, for property located at the corner of Heacock and Stony Hill Roads, is requesting variances to permit a stacking lane for the drive in teller windows. Applicant is also requesting modification of a 1984 Zoning Hearing Board order to allow the ATM to operate on a 24 hour basis. c. Maurice and Viviane Maleh, for property located at 398 Collins Grant Court, request a variance to permit construction of a single family residence resulting in encroachment into front and rear yard setbacks. d. Toll PA XV,LP, for property located at Oxford Valley Road, is requesting variances to construct two permanent entrance signs for Regency at Yardley which will exceed the maximum allowable sign area and also exceed the maximum permitted height.
