CONSIDERATION OF RESOLUTION NO. 2247 – PREVAILING WAGE THRESHOLD INCREASE
a. Ewa Sadok for property located is requesting three variances to permit construction of a new single-family detached dwelling, patio and fence at 1707 Yardley-Morrisville Road b. Christian Schwartz, 306 Cinnabar Lane, is requesting a variance to allow existing shed to remain in current location which encroaches into the rear yard setback c. Ruth and Camillo DiDonato, 27 Concord Lane, request variances to permit use of existing second cooking facility for a border in the lower level of their existing home.
