Consider granting Certificates of Appropriateness as follows: 1. 680 Stony Hill Road – Alter the structure by replacing siding on rear of mansard roof 2. 734 Stony Hill Road – Alter building’s exterior from the originally approved exterior 3. 1724 Yardley-Langhorne Road – Alter the structure by constructing and accessibility ramp and repair brick walkway on rear of building
a. Mike and Shelley Joseph, 25 West Ferry Road, request variances to construct a garage encroaching into the side yard setback and greater than permitted impervious surface b. Doug Schenck, 79 Manor Lane South, request variances to permit a shed to remain in its existing location which encroaches into the side yard setback and construction of an addition resulting in greater than permitted impervious surface
