a. Dean Hess, 923 Weber Drive, is requesting a variance to reconstruct an existing threeseason room resulting in increased impervious surface. b. Andrew and Dorrie Myers, 1511 Bray Lane, request a variance to permit a lot line change which will result in a nonconforming lot. c. Jeffrey and Lynelle Hoch, 1513 Bray Lane request a variance to permit installation of a combination retaining wall/fence to located in the rear/side of the yard. d.
